Please read the following before coming in for your service.

ALL Clients must fill out the intake form(s) during the booking process.

 

During your service your safety is my top priority, please feel free to ask me any questions pertaining to your service before we begin and during if you need to.

All sales on products and services are final. There are absolutely no refunds and no exceptions to this rule at this time.

Only one person per service is permitted in the spa suite. All other persons must wait outside of the building if not being serviced.


Clients who knowingly come to their appointment with a fever will be asked to leave and forfeit their deposit and charged for the entire service per cancellation policy.

 

A full disinfection process is done between each guest. If for any reason a sick guest has arrived, the owner reserves the right cancel that client, and close for the day to ensure a deeper cleaning of the spa suite.

A $25 deposit is mandatory in order to secure your booking date. Deposits must be submitted more than 24 hours before your desired booking date. Deposits of any amount are non-refundable.

No shows or repeat cancellations will result in your being banned and not allowed to rebook in the future.

 

Same day cancellations will be charged for the entire service booked via card on file.

Late clients will have the time of service reduced by that amount of time they were late. This ensures that the guest following enjoys their full service in a timely fashion.

If during your service the esthetician finds that your skin might need elevated medical attention she reserves the right to discontinue the service and require you to seek dermatological help before booking another service. This is for your safety.

Owner Brooke Young reserves the right to discontinue any service at any time during your booking to clients who behave inappropriately or in an unsafe manner.
